OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

While we make every effort to display them accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the products exactly as they appear on our website. Therefore, the products you receive may differ slightly from the images shown.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you by phone or email, and your order will be canceled and refunded.

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US

• Our website allows you to select products, add them to your basket, and complete payment at checkout.
• You will have the opportunity to review and amend any errors before submitting your order.
• After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. However, this does not indicate that your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs once we dispatch the products to you.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other reasons, we will notify you and refund your payment as soon as possible.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND

• You can return or cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the products. After 30 days, we may charge a restocking fee or refuse the return.
• The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If they are not, we may deduct a percentage from the refund amount.
• A full refund or exchange will be processed after the items are returned and inspected.
• If a part is returned as faulty but works upon inspection, we will deduct the postage cost from your refund.
• All products come with a 1-year Electro Gas Parts warranty, starting from the purchase date. This warranty covers repair or replacement of faulty items.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

DELIVERY

• We use couriers to deliver your products in accordance with the availability shown on the website. In-stock items ordered before the cut-off time will be dispatched the same day.
• Delivery is considered complete when we deliver the products to the address provided.
• Once the products are delivered, they become your responsibility. You will own the products once payment has been made in full, including delivery charges.
• In some cases, we may need to charge additional fees for specific delivery conditions (e.g., certain addresses or product sizes). We will contact you in such cases.
• Certain items, such as boilers, are collection-only. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these products.

PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES

• Prices for products are displayed on our website. We aim to ensure that product prices are accurate, but please see the Mistakes in Prices section for handling pricing errors.
• Product prices include VAT (if applicable) at the prevailing rate in the UK. If VAT rates change between the order and delivery, we will adjust the VAT accordingly.
• Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be displayed during the checkout process.

MISTAKE IN PRICES

If we discover a pricing error for a product you’ve ordered, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. We will not process your order until we have your confirmation. If we cannot contact you, we will cancel the order and notify you.

Payment for products can be made via PayPal or debit/credit card. A list of accepted cards will be shown at checkout.

VOUCHERS

Electro Gas Parts reserves the right to exclude certain products from voucher discounts. Vouchers cannot be used for purchasing boilers.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by external events beyond our control, including strikes, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.
• If an event outside our control occurs, we will notify you and extend the time for performance accordingly. If it affects delivery, we will arrange a new delivery date once the event concludes.

GAS SAFE

Only Gas Safe registered engineers should install, fix, or service any gas-related products. Always check the Gas Safe ID card of your engineer.
