Return Policy
All Orders within the First 30 Days: You can return or cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. After this 30-day period, we may apply a restocking fee or refuse the return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the items are not returned in the same condition, we may deduct a percentage of the item’s cost.
A full refund or exchange will be provided once the item(s) have been received and inspected to ensure they are in their original packaging (if applicable) and unused.
If a part is returned as faulty but is found to be working upon inspection, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty Items After 30 Days: All products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of faulty items by Electro Gas Parts.

Free Returns for Faulty or Incorrectly Sent Items (Royal Mail Returns Portal):
We offer free returns for faulty or incorrectly sent items. To return your order free of charge, please follow the steps below using the Royal Mail Returns Portal:
- Print and complete our returns note, which can be found here (*1).
- Safely re-package your items, including the completed returns note.
- Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.
Other Courier Options: If you prefer to use another courier, please complete and print our returns note (*1) and include it in your return package. Send the item(s) to:

Please note that any postage costs incurred through independent returns will not be refunded.
Ensure that you obtain a proof of postage when returning the item(s). We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels, so please retain your proof of postage in case the item(s) are not received.

Refunds
Our returns team will process your refund once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
